Forest City - Mrs. Hazel Johnson, 68, died Sunday at a Buffalo Center nursing home. She was born Sept. 8, 1898, at Klemme. Surviving are three children, Ivan, Forest City; Eugene, Storm Lake; Mrs. Ben (Nora) Hall, Buffalo Center. [Also surviving are brothers and sisters] The Rev. Harry Buss, Mason City; Rank Buss, Arlington, Tex.; Edgar Buss, Klemme; Mrs. Cecil Becker, Klemme; Mrs. Dwight (Elvina) Helps, Klemme; and nine grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at the Methodist Church here. The Rev. Max Goldman will officiate. Burial will be in Madison Township Cemetery with Olson Funeral Home in charge.
