February 1881 --- February 1934

Word was received last week by George Conner of the death of his brother, Bert Conner, of Parent, Quebec. Mr. Conner was the son of N. V. Conner and grew to manhood in Eagle Grove, receiving his education in our schools. For a number of years he has been a railway conductor in Canada. Mr. Conner had been in ill health since Christmas and for the past four weeks was in a hospital. Death was caused by pleural pneumonia. He is survived by his wife and one brother, George, of Eagle Grove, two sisters, Lydia and Alice. Interment was made at Parent.
