Jeanne Mary Pruitt, 58, Arcadia, WI, died March 30, 2018 at her home. A memorial service will be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Belmond on April 14 from 3-5 p.m.

Jeanne Mary was born Sept. 29, 1959, the daughter of Harold and Mary (Lage) Bock. She graduated from Belmond Community High School in 1978. She then attended Ellsworth Community College for a short while. Jeanne moved to Bethany, MO where she met and married Ceil Pruitt. They made their home there, and two daughters, Melissa and Crystal, were born. After Cecil’s death, Jeanne made her home in Arcadia where she spent many happy years with her special friend Rick Campbell.

Jeanne loved spending time with her grandchildren and friends. She enjoyed reading, keeping up with everyone on social media, and a fun trip to a casino.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; brother Mark Bock; and niece Erin Schavey. Left to cherish her memories are her daughters Melissa McClain and Crystal (Robert) Tanner; grandchildren Aryana and Isayah; her special friend Rick and his daughters and their families; siblings Sandy (Wayne) Roetman, Tom (Dort) Bock, Marilyn Bock, Kenny (Jacki) Bock, Marcia (Bill) Naber, Steve Bock, Patty (Tim) Rouse, and Sue (Harlan) Schavey; and sister-in-law Denise Bock.
