Aged Woman Dies

Mrs. Henrietta Schutt died Monday at the home of her son, Otto, in Wall Lake township, after an illness of several years from dropsy. Mrs. Schutt was born in Germany in 1837 and was at the time of her death 79 years of age. She came to America with her parents when but a young girl and was later married to Mr. Schutt. They came west and settled on a farm and raised their family. For several years Mrs. Schutt has made her home with her son Otto, and although ailing for a number of years, was not not in a critical condition until a few days prior to her death. Mrs. Schutt was a woman of kindly disposition, and devoted to her family. She leaves to mourn her, four sons and one daughter, besides other relatives and friends. The funeral was held today from the Wall Lake Lutheran church, after which interment was made in the adjacent cemetery. H.P. Fleming, undertaker of this city, was in charge.
