Alvin Earnest Copp

June 19, 1917 --- March 23, 1967

Funeral services for Alvin E. Copp, 49, a former Eagle Grove resident, were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sandvig Funeral Home. Rev. Arthur Anderson, pastor of the First Baptist Church officiated. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Copp died Thursday in St. John's Hospital at Huron, S. D. where he made his home.

Mr. Copp is survived by his father Frank Copp, of Eagle Grove, 2 brothers and 3 sisters; Franklin Copp of Eagle Grove, James Copp of Clarinda, Mrs. Elenora Satore of Pendleton, Ore., Mrs. Wade Gardner of Oelwein, and Mrs. Lloyd Aichele of Hermeston, Ore. Mr. Copp was born and raised in Eagle Grove and moved from here in 1960.
