Funeral services for Harold Otteros, 60, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Foster Funeral
home with the Rev. Harold McMillin officiating and with burial in the Vernon Lutheran cemetery near
Dows. Mr. Otteros died Sunday evening at his home at 1236 Elm St.

Harold Johan Otteros, son of Andreas and Mari Olson Otteros, was born Jan. 21, 1917, at Seim, Bergen, Norway. He came to the U.S. in 1949. He was a cabinet maker by trade and had been employed by Huisinga and Peterson for the past 14 years. He is survived by one sister and three brothers, Mrs. Olivia Skilbred, Shawmunt, Mont., John Otteros of Williams, Magnus Otteros, Boulder, Colo., and Hilmer Otteros of Bergen, Norway. He was preceded in death, by his parents, two brothers and two sisters. He was baptized and confirmed in the Lutheran faith in Norway.
