Carol Ohm. daughter of Mrs. Charles (Izola Duitscher) Mulhern, formerly of Clarion, was a stewardess aboard American Airline Flight 191 when it crashed on takeoff, killing 272 passengers and crew members on Friday. May 25. 1979.

Carol is survived by her two children, Jeff and Janelle, her mother, Mrs. Charles P. Mulhern of Phoenix, Arizona and several brothers and sisters. In the Clarion area there are aunts and uncles and cousins.

Carol moved with her family to Arizona as a young child. She and her family had lived just east of St. John's Catholic Church in Clarion. Her father had worked at the former Standard Oil Station on central Ave.
