CLINTON, Iowa -- Private family services for Lee N. Haskins, of Clinton, will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at Clinton Chapel, Snell-Zornig Funeral Homes and Crematory, Clinton. The body will be cremated. There will be no public visitation. Mr. Haskins died Friday, July 16, 1999, at Eagle Point Nursing and Rehab Center, Clinton. He was employed as an Iowa division general foreman for CNW Railroad, retiring in 1978. He was born April 8, 1919, in Webster City. He married Sylvia Paine in 1946 in Eagle Grove. During World War II, he served in the Air Force. Survivors include his wife, Sylvia, Clinton; a daughter, Susan Johnson, Fulton, Ill.; a son, Michael, Biloxi, Miss.; three granddaughters; two step-grandsons; a sister, Velma Haskin, Mountain Home, Ark.; and a brother, George Haskin, Phoenix.
