Mary Anne "Nan" Jones, 89, passed away peacefully Wednesday, June 21, 2017. She was born Jan. 29, 1928, in Eagle Grove, Iowa. The world lost a beautiful soul, but heaven gained the sweetest angel. Mary Anne touched the lives of so many. Anyone who knew her always saw her beautiful style and how she loved to express her fashion everywhere she went. She was also very passionate about writing. Poetry was her specialty, and she loved writing poems for her friends and family members. Mary Anne will be remembered for her warmth, grace, friendship to others, style and creativity.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Edwin Jones; son, Timothy A. Ruby; daughter, Barbara J. Jones; and grandson, John L. Quinn. Mary Anne is survived by her daughters, Terri Sue Spencer, Lori Kay Jones, and Jill Susan DiGregorio; and many grandchildren. Mary Anne's memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, July 7, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada.
