Mark Tolle, 42, Webster City, died Saturday, June 20, 1998 in a motorcycle accident near Duncombe. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Foster Funeral home, with Rev. John Grebner officiating. Burial will be in the Cass Township Cemetery, north of Webster City. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 5 to 9 p.m. Monday, and prior to the service on Tuesday.

Mark Edward Tolle, son of Arthur and Mae (Clabaugh) Tolle, was born Feb. 14, 1956 at Webster City. He graduated from Webster City High School in 1975. He had been employed at Nissen's in Webster City and Northwest Storage at Clarion. On Aug. 22, 1986, he married Cindy Andrew at Webster City. They were later divorced. He had been employed at Webster City Custom Meats.

He is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Denise and Mark Ryder, Webster City; two sons, Bradley Messerly, Woolstock and Mark E. Tolle II, Williams; three grandchildren, Dylan, Stephanie and Dalton Ryder; his parents, Webster City; three brothers, Art Tolle, Jr., Littleton, Colo., and John and Paul Tolle, both of Webster City; a sister, Barbara McCormick, Algona; and grandparents, Ed and Nina Clabaugh, Webster City and Mamie Tolle, Flippin, Ark. He was preceded in death by grandfather, John Tolle, great-grandparents, Esther Clabaugh, Ira Jacob Clabaugh and Albert Burress; and a nephew, Joseph Tolle. Mr. Tolle was a former member of A.B.A.T.E. and the National Rifle Association.
