Funeral services for Jennie J. Beisner of Williams, 82, will be held Friday, Nov. 28 at the Vernon Lutheran Church at rural Dows. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be today from 1-9 p.m., Thursday. Nov. 28 from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Friday at the church. Mrs. Beisner died Monday, Nov. 24 at her home in Williams.

She was born Feb. 12, 1904, the daughter of Henry and Cora Koop Tapper at rural Kamrar. She attended Webster City schools. On Dec. 21, 1932, she married Leonard Beisner at Rockford, Ill. The couple spent their married life in the Williams area. Mr. Beisner was the former owner of the Williams Elevator.

Survivors are a daughter, Sharon Caruth of Dows; a son, Leonard of North Little Rock, Ark.; two sisters, Rena Venner of Blairsburg and Cora Jansen, of Jewell; two brothers, Edwin and Henry Tapper, both of Webster City; three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1985, her parents, four sisters and two brothers.
