Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Untied Zion Church of Christ in Garner for Warner [Werner] A. Schlawin, 67. Mr. Schlawin died Monday at a Mason City hospital. Burial will be in Concord Cemetery, Garner, with the Rev. LeRoy Franz officiating. The Bohn Funeral Home Garner, is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Schlawin was a retired farmer who moved to Garner in 1968. He was born and reared in the Klemme area. He married Mabel Rosendahl Sept. 13, 1926. Survivors include his wife, a daughter, Mrs. Wayne (LaVohn) Badker, Clear Lake, and a grandson.
