Graveside services for Allen D. Busse, 47, of Marengo, were held Monday at 3:30 p.m. at Newark Township Cemetery, Vincent. Mr. Busse died June 17 at his home in Marengo following an illness of about two years. The funeral was Monday morning in the Methodist Church at Marengo. He had been employed for the past ten years as a draftsman at the Amana Colonies. He is survived by his wife, the former Joyce Lempke, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Lempke of rural route two, Eagle Grove, and two sons, Jim 16 and Bradley 12. Mrs. Busse (Joyce) and her sister Joan, are graduates of Eagle Grove High School with the class of 1950, and a number of their classmates went to the graveside services Monday afternoon.
