Ruth A. Blackman, 93, of Clarion, died Saturday (Oct. 6, 2007) at the USA Health Care Center in Clarion. Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 11, at Evergreen Cemetery in Clarion with Pastor Gary Boen officiating. Arrangements are with the Ewing Dugger Helgeson Funeral Home in Clarion, Iowa.
