Holmes farmer dies in Veteran's Hospital

John Curtis Anderson, 58, Clarion, died Sunday at Broadlawns Hospital, Des Moines, following a short illness. Services were Wednesday at 10 a.m. in St. John's Catholic Church, Clarion, with burial in Clarion. Surviving are his wife; daughters: Mrs. Gary Rohrer, Clarion; Mrs. Thomas Ramsell, Des Moines; seven grandchildren and a sister, Miss Ruth Anderson, Des Moines. Born in Des Moines, Mr. Anderson was educated in Wright County and married Margaret Kelch in 1937 at Rockford, Ill. They farmed north of Holmes.
