John W. Reeder Rites Tuesday In Clarion

John W. Reeder, 69, a resident of Eagle Grove since 1936 died Sunday at the Clarion hospital after a short illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the Eyler Funeral home in Clarion, with Rev. Calvin Milan, pastor of the Clarion Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in the Evergreen cemetery, Clarion. Mr. Reeder had lived in Wright County all his life, and was a retired farmer. He is survived by three sons, Kenneth of Davenport, Robert of Eagle Grove, Roy of Fort Dodge, and one daughter, Mrs. John Thorn of Eagle Grove. His wife preceded him in death.

John W. Reeder Succumbs Sunday At Local Hospital

John W. Reeder, 69, retired Eagle Grove farmer and a lifelong resident of Wright county passed away Sunday morning at Clarion Memorial hospital. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Eyler funeral chapel. Rev. Calvin Milan, pastor of the Church of Christ conducted the services. Burial was in Clarion Evergreen cemetery. He is survived by three sons, Kenneth of Davenport, Robert of Eagle Grove and Roy of Ft. Dodge; one daughter, Mrs. John Thorn of Eagle Grove, three brothers, Charles and George of Clarion and Arthur of Missouri and three sisters, Mrs. Bert Payne of Rowan, Mrs. Willis Leeper of Waterloo and Mrs. Fred Lampert of Milaca, Minn.
