Allison Marie Smith, the infant daughter of Rick and Pam Smith was dead at birth at the Clarion Community Memorial Hospital on Wednesday evening, April 2, 1986. Family services were held at the Eyler-Willim Funeral Home on Friday and burial was in Evergreen Cemetery. Rev. Paul Pfaltzgraff was in charge. She is survived by her parents, Richard L. and Pamela N. Fisher Smith, a brother Peter and a sister Heather and grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Flurer and Mrs. Lola Fisher, both of Clarion, and Clarence Smith of Muscatine, and great grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. George Day of Humboldt.
