CHAS. WILLEY DIES SUDDENLY TUESDAY

Charles Willey, who lives in the southeast part of town, died suddenly Tuesday evening after a couple days' illness caused by appendicitis. He leaves a wife and four small boys. Mr. Willey formerly lived on South Park avenue and was a carpenter by trade. Many friends extend their sympathy to the bereaved wife and family.

Obituary
Charles Willey was born in Illinois Jan. 15, 1882. He came to Iowa when eight years old and settled near Vincent. He was married to Anna Johnson Jan. 27, 1914. Four children were born to this union, Francis Andrew, aged eight, Roger Carlyle, aged six; Glenroy, aged five and Chas. Arley, aged three. Mr. Willey was taken suddenly ill Tuesday morning, March 13, and died the same evening of acute appendicitis. He leaves to mourn his death besides his wife and four sons, a father, eight brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held at 1:45 Thursday (today) at the M. E. church.
