Ronald L. Diggins, 73, of Circle Pines, [Minnesota] died April 14. Preceded in death by his parents. Survived by loving wife of 49 years, Dee; children, Ronna Dee Peppin, and Mike (Kelli); grandchildren, Matthew, Thomas, Joseph, Gina Marie, Carlee, and Michael; brother, Pete; sisters, Karen and Jan; and many other relatives and friends. Retired Centennial High School teacher/counselor for 30-plus years. Mass of Christian Burial 11 a.m. Thursday, April 19 at St. Joseph's Church of Lino Lakes, 171 Elm St. Interment St. Joseph's Church Cemetery. Visitation at Mueller-Bies Funeral Home-Lino Lakes, 7050 Lake Dr., 5-7 p.m. Wednesday and at church an hour before service. Memorials preferred.
