Funeral services for Peyton L. Allie, 52, of Des Moines, were held Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock at the Wilson Funeral Home. The Rev. David Ludeker, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Webster City officiated. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery here. Mr. Allie, a former Eagle Grove resident, died Friday at Broadlawn Hospital, Des
Moines shortly after being admitted. He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Ronald Raven, Sioux City and Mrs. Thomas Buxton, San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by three grandchildren, one brother, Jerome Allie, Des
Moines and four sisters, Mrs. Arthur Peterson, Chesterton, Ind., Mrs. Willis Skiye, Eagle Grove, Mrs. Howard Odland, Webster City and Mrs. John Kolaciniske, Midlothian, Ill. Mr. Allie was born in Jewell, Jan. 5, 1920 to parents Mr. and Mrs. Felix Allie. He attended the Eagle Grove schools and on March 8, 1940 was married to Dorothy Brooks, at Webster City. He was a carpenter, and had lived here and at Webster City before moving to Des Moines.June 29, 1972
