June 30, 1872 ---- November 18, 1964

Mrs. Adolph Anderson died the evening of Nov. 18 at the Clarion hospital where she had been a patient for 48 hours. Mrs. Anderson fell at her home 510 North Wright Street and suffered severe injuries from which she did not recover.

Funeral services were held Monday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Sandvig Funeral Home in charge of Rev. Lyle Lieder. Burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Anderson was born June 30, 1872 in Kisa, Sweden and her father's name was Swen Swenson. She was married on Nov. 25, 1894 to Adolph Anderson in Boone. They lived in Boone until 1897 when they moved to Eagle Grove. Mr. Anderson was a long time employee of the Chicago and North Western R.R. and retired in 1938. Had Mrs. Anderson lived until Nov. 25th they would have been married 70 years.

She is survived by two daughters Mrs. Clarence Orr of Boone, Mrs. Ione Shaner of Laurens, two sons, Ivan Anderson of Eagle Grove, Harlan Anderson of St. Ansgar. Other survivors are 7 grandchilden and 7 great grandchildren, and one brother Axel Anderson of Boone.
