MAGGIE TEMPLETON RITES HELD TUESDAY

Mrs. Maggie M. Templeton, 84, died Sunday afternoon at the St. Anthony home at Dubuque. Funeral services were held Tuesday at 9:00 a.m. at St John's Catholic church with Father Maurice Mullan of Eagle Grove officiating. The Eyler Funeral home was in charge of arrangements. The Rosary was said Monday evening at the Eyler Funeral home. Surviving are several nieces. Mrs. Templeton was a daughter of the late J. E. Rowen, one of Wright counties earliest families. The old homestead is standing in the Rowan timber near Rowan. The late Mr. Rowen was a former state senator and U. S. Council for 10 years to the Falkland Islands and four years to Chile.
