DeSoto, IA - Lorna Kinnison, 66, of DeSoto, died of a heart aneurysm Sunday, July 6, 2003, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. Services were held Wednesday, July 9, at McCalley Funeral Home in Adel. Private family burial will be held at a later date.

Lorna Jean Campbell was born Aug. 8, 1936, in Eagle Grove. She was retired from Dowling High School. She enjoyed her family and loved to travel. She is survived by her husband, Don, of DeSoto; one sister, Virginia King; four sons, Steve of Senaca, Mo.; Scott of Lincoln, Neb., Shawn of Des Moines and Daniel of Gulfport, Miss.; two daughters, Leslie Mullenax of Des Moines and Melissa Mongan of Aurelia; 16 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Memorial contributions may be made to DeSoto Fire and Rescue.
