Mrs. Lloyd (Arlene) Pardun passed away Saturday, July 14, 1979, at the age of 61 years, in the Mary
Greeley Hospital, Ames. Arlene was born Aug. 29, 1917, in Clarion to Ross and Anna Baudendistle Brewster. Arlene attended school at Eagle Grove. On March 6, 1936 she was united in marriage to Lloyd Pardun in Clarion. To this union were born three children, 2 sons, Ray and Frank and one daughter, Marilyn. They lived several places before returning to Eagle Grove in 1949 to make their home.

Those who mourn her departure are: her husband, Lloyd; two sons: Ray Pardun, Kansas City, Mo.; and
Frank Pardun, Goldfield; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth (Marilyn) Jensen, Eagle Grove; six grandchildren; one sister, Beatrice Biggs, Omaha, Neb. Preceding her in death were her parents.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, July 17,1979, 2 p.m. at the Church of the Open Bible, Eagle Grove. Dr. Lloyd W. Meyer officiated and burial was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove.
