Services for Evelyn Lucille Masters, 81, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Rivera Christian Church, 8415 S. Passons Blvd., Pico Rivera. She died Sunday at Hemet Valley Medical Center. The cause of death is undetermined pending a doctor's report. Friends may call at the church from 10 until 11 a.m. Thursday. Burial will be in Rose Hills Memorial Park, 3888 S. Workman Mill Road, Whittier. Miller-Jones Mortuary in Hemet is handling arrangements.

Mrs. Masters, who was born in Klemme, Iowa, lived in Idyllwild 16 years. She was a homemaker. She belonged to Rivera Christian Church for 35 years. Mrs. Masters enjoyed knitting, sewing, reading and traveling abroad.

She is survived by her husband, Glen; a son, Ron of Richmond, Texas; two daughters, Eileen Kuhn of Idyllwild and Linda Lott of Hemet; four grandchildren; and a brother, Donald Baack of Sun City.
