Effie B. Heim, 91, of Clarion, formerly of Dows, passed away Friday, November 4, 2011 at Careage of Clarion, Iowa. Funeral services for Effie Heim will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 10:30 AM at the Dows Methodist Church with Pastor Brian Cushman officiating. Burial will be at Fairview Cemetery in Dows.
