Olive Ruby Quasdorf, 93, of Dows, passed away on November 24, 2015 at Valley View Specialty Care in Eldora. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 30, 2015 at the Dows United Methodist Church with burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be on Sunday from 2-4 p.m. at the Surls Funeral Home in Iowa Falls.

Olive was born on July 2, 1922 in Morgan Township to Edward and Sadie (Miller) Ingebritson. She graduated from Popejoy High School. On August 5, 1941, Olive was united in marriage to John A. Quasdorf in Kimball, NE. She was the caretaker at Edgewood for about 20 years.

She is survived by her children; Orville (Thelma) Quasdorf of Jackson Hole, WY, Diane (Jack) Cedar of Mt. Ida, AR, Marilyn (Andy) Graff of Geneva, Joanne (Marv) Hill of Atelanto, CA, James (Barb) Quasdorf of Hampton, Donald Quasdorf of Alden and Susan (Randy) Eichmeier of Ackley, 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and her sister Faye Boser of Little Falls, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, granddaughter Amy Graff, four sisters and six brothers.
