Ann M. McCormick passed away on October 20, 2015 of respiratory failure. Ann was born to Howard and Shirley Messenger on December 31, 1959 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. After growing up in Eagle Grove, Iowa, she graduated from Eagle Grove High School in 1978 and attended The University of Northern Iowa. She met Tim McCormick in 1983 and they were married three years later on September 6, 1986. After residing in West Des Moines, Iowa for several years, Ann and Tim moved to St. Louis for a career opportunity in 1992. Ann was employed in the health care industry for most of her working career. She spent the last 10 years as a network credentialing coordinator for Mercy Hospital St. Louis, where she developed many enduring friendships. Ann was known for her kind and generous spirit and her unique and concise sense of humor. She was loved by many and will be dearly missed.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers Mike and Mark. She is survived by her husband Tim and in-laws Mike and Teresa McCormick (Sam and Conner) of Great Falls, MT, Bob and Marilyn McCormick (Cara) of Denver, CO, Bill McCormick (Willow) of Silver Plume, CO and Rosaleen and Mark Kellett of Denver, CO.

Services: Memorial Mass will be held Friday, November 6th at 2:00 p.m. at the Mercy Hospital Chapel, 615 S. New Ballas Road, Saint Louis, MO 63141, followed by a gathering of friends and family at the St. Louis Marriott West, 660 Maryville Centre Drive, St. Louis, MO. In lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to Stray Rescue of St Louis.
