April 1, 1942 --- April 14, 2006

Frederick Dean Timmerman, 64, of Eagle Grove, died on Friday, April 14, 2006, at his home. Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, April 18, 2006, at Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church, Eagle Grove with Reverend Ray Salemink officiating. Burial will be in Rose Hill Cemetery, Eagle Grove.

Survivors include two daughters: Shannon Adcock and husband Scott of Ashland,TN and Kristy Timmerman of Nashville, TN; three sisters: Gloria Butler and husband Robert of Camanche, Mary Ryerson of Thompson, and Beverly Timmerman of Eagle Grove; three brothers: Dale Timmerman and wife Ilene of Fort Dodge, Jerry Timmerman of Eagle Grove, and Ted Timmerman and wife Ambie of Eagle Grove and three grandsons: Colby Timmerman, Matthew and Austin Adcock of Ashland, TN. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Frederick Dean Timmerman was born April 1, 1942, in Lime Springs, Iowa, the son of Henry and Greone (Kessler) Timmerman. Fred was raised and educated in the area of his birth, graduating from Eagle Grove High School in 1960. He served in the Iowa Army National Guard for six years. He was member of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. Fred worked as a truck driver for Farmland, M&M Livestock, Lumberline, Giese and retired in 2005 after 16 years with Electrolux. Memorials may be directed to the women of Mt. Calvary Lutheran Church. The Foust Funeral Home of Eagle Grove was in charge of the arrangements.
