June 4, 1865 --- November 24, 1956

Nancy Celeste Fisher, daughter of Henrietta and William Hamilton, was born in Hardin County, Ohio on June 4, 1865. During her infancy her family moved by covered wagon to Fayette County, Ill. There she grew into young womanhood. On January 20, 1895, she married William A. Fisher at LaClede, Ill. To this union were born one son. Jess L. of Renwick and one daughter Lucille, Mrs. Verle Morehead of Sioux City, Iowa. She moved with her family to Renwick in 1915 where she resided until the death of her husband in 1942. Since that time she made her home with her daughter and family in Sioux City. She had been in her usual good health and enjoyed her hobbies of knitting and television. She passed quietly away in her sleep. She leaves to mourn her departure, her two children, four grandchildren, and five great-grandsons.
