Sivian Silmer Lux Mendoza, 2, of Goldfield passed away Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at Iowa Specialty Hospital in Clarion. Funeral services for Sivian Lux Mendoza will be held at 11:30 AM on Monday, May 11, 2015 at Harvest Baptist Church, 614 2nd Avenue South in Fort Dodge, with Pastor Oscar Rivas officiating. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery in Fort Dodge. Visitation will be held from 10:00 - 11:30 AM at the church on Monday.
