She graduated from East High (Class of 61) in Waterloo, where she was a member of the Sextet and enjoyed singing before civic, social groups, and School events. A service will be held at Willow Creek Baptist Church, 720 Army Post Road, West Des Moines, IA, on April 4, 2015, starting at 4 p.m., followed by a dinner. The Pleasantville Lions and Lioness will hold a benefit dinner for the family at the Pleasantville Methodist Family Center, 104 S. Columbus Street, Pleasantville, IA, from 3 to 5 p.m. on April 11, 2015, with a remembrance of Carol starting at 3 p.m. Carol was a Seventh Day Adventist, as is her husband David, and it is requested that there be no donations in Carol's name to a specific charity, rather it is hoped you express your love and charity daily.
