Funeral services for Louetta Knoedler, 64, Humboldt, will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday, Sept. 14) at the Oak Hill Baptist Church in Humboldt, with burial in the Union Cemetery, Humboldt. She died Sunday, Sept. 10, 2000, at her home in Humboldt. The Mason - Lindhart Funeral Home of Humboldt is in charge of the arrangements, with the Rev. Richard Lauger officiating.

Survivors include her father, LeRoy Follette of Cresco; a son, Timothy Knoedler of Humboldt; daughters, Roxanne Vesterby of Goldfield; Deborah Spence of St. Paul, MN; and Diana Murphy of Centralia, MO; 11 grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; brother, Dave Follette of Arizona; and sisters, Kathy Hill of South Dakota and JoAnne Kosanke of Minnesota. She was preceded in death by her husband, Laurel; her mother, Louise Follette; and a brother, Clinton Follette.

Louetta May Follette, daughter of LeRoy and Louise Follette, was born in Vail, SD. As a child, she moved with her family to Lime Springs and attended school at Dyke. In 1953 she married Laurel Knoedler in Belmond. The couple lived in Dyke before moving to Clarion. In 1962 they moved to Humboldt. She was employed as the office manager for W&H Co-op in Humboldt and later became the office manager for Yacht Club Trailers until her retirement in 1995. She was a member of the Oak Hill Baptist Church.
