Sandra Calderon Anderson, the daughter of Salvador and Martha (Medina) Calderon, was born August 2, 1960, in California. She was raised and educated in the area of her birth, graduating from H. S. William Neff High School in 1978. On September 12th, 1999, Sandra married Stephen Anderson in Las Vegas. In April of 2008, Sandra moved to Eagle Grove. She has worked at Fort Dodge Villa Care for the last five years. Sandra passed away on Friday, December 12, 2014, at her home in Eagle Grove at the age of 54 years. She was preceded in death by her parents; Salvador in 2009 and Martha in 2013; sister, Elvira and brother, Bruce. Sandra is survived by her daughters, Salena Mendoza and Adriana Anderson; grandchildren, Alena and Raymond Mendoza and sister, Virginia Calderon of Hesperia, CA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Foust Funeral Home in Eagle Grove. Memorials may be left to the discretion of the family.
