August 12, 1886 --- April 4, 1927

Mrs. August Schipull nee Emilie Schwandt, was born on the 12th of August, 1886, in the state of Illinois. She died on the 4th of April, 1927, Monday afternoon, at the age of 40 years, 7 months and 23 days, after a sickness of but a few days. The deceased was a member of the Lutheran church having been confirmed by Rev. Willmer in Webster City in the spring of 1900. Her mother preceded her in death when she was but four years old. The deceased was married to August Schipull in 1918. Besides the deeply sorrowing husband there remain three children, Sophie 8, Leonard 6, and the baby 11/2 weeks old, and also four step-children, Lorenz, Martha, Maria and Henry, to mourn her departure. The other surviving near relatives are her father, Fred Schwandt, and his wife, a step mother, one sister; Miss Ernestine Schwandt, and one brother, August Schwandt. May the Lord comfort the bereaved and deeply sorrowing family, and soon again heal the wounds which he has smitten. Services were held Thursday at the Lutheran church, Rev. M. K. Seltz officiating and burial was made at the cemetery at Renwick.
