Mrs. Catherine McMahon, formerly residing near Hardy, died at her home in St Paul last Thursday at the age of 71 years. The deceased had been a sufferer for more than a year, having been afflicted with paralysis. She was one of the sturdy pioneers of Humboldt county where she made her home for many years. Her remains were accompanied to Livermore Saturday for interment by her son, Dennis and Mr and Mrs John McCurry.
