FUNERAL SERVICES FOR WILLIAM C. WILSON, 90

Funeral services were held at the Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt Feb. 20, at 2 p.m., for William C. Wilson, 90, of Humboldt. Mr. Wilson died Sunday evening, Feb. 17, at Humboldt County Memorial Hospital. Interment was in Elmwood Cemetery, Renwick. Rex Lewis was officiant. Casketbearers were Darryl Wilson, Gary Breitmoser, Brian wilson, Larry Schultz, Mark wilson, and William Breitmoser Jr. Mrs. Keith Sayers was organist.

William Curtis Wilson was born at Elgin, IL., March 5, 1889 and moved to Albuquerque, N.M. with his parents as a boy. He graduated from high school there and married Emma Lenz in 1914 at Minneapolis, MN. He managed a tile factory at Ceylon, MN., for several years before he and his family moved to Renwick in 1927 where he farmed. Later they moved to Waterloo and Mr. Wilson retired. They moved to Humboldt three years ago to be near their son.

Surviving are his wife, Emma; son, Melville Wilson, Humboldt; daughters, Mrs. John (Rose Marie) Webster, Long Beach, CA.; Mrs. B. L. (Carol) Smith Jr., Fredericksburg, TX.; Mrs. Ralph (Kareen) Cordray, Denton, TX.; 16 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
