Former Resident Dies Friday at Boone Hospital

Mrs. Catherine Josephine Fecht, 79, a former Clarion resident, died Friday at a Boone hospital. Funeral services were held Monday morning at St John’s Catholic church in Clarion. Burial was Tuesday morning in the St. Mary’s cemetery at Oregon, Wis. She is survived by two sons, Nicholas Fecht of Minneapolis, Minn., and Frank Fecht of Boone and one daughter, Mrs. Catherine Thompson of Boone. Nine grandchildren and two sisters also survive. Her husband preceded her in death in 1946.
