They later moved on a farm near Holmes, and she lived there until her marriage to Charles Spitler of Clarion, September 19, 1889, at Clarion. They lived near or in Clarion since that time. Mrs. Spitler was converted in a chapel car on the tracks at Holmes in 1900, was baptized in the Boone river at Goldfield, and joined the Baptist church at Holmes; then later moved to Clarion and went to the Church of Christ.
