MRS. ERSLAND, 98, OF HARDY DIED THURSDAY, MAY 5

HARDY — Funeral services for Mrs. Marie S. Ersland, 98, who died suddenly at her farm home near Hardy early Thursday afternoon, were held Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Trinity Lutheran church near Hardy. The Rev. Olaf O. Brandt, pastor of the church, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery with the Bogaard funeral home of Humboldt in charge. Mrs. Ersland is survived by two daughters, Anna Ersland, who made her home with her mother and Mrs. Harry Peterson, both of Hardy; two grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and three sons.
