Clarion, June 7 - Funeral services for Mrs. Matthew Dunn, 58, were held Wednesday morning at St. John's church, the Rev. Father Dunn, a relative of Dubuque, saying the mass, and the Rev. Father Murphy of Dubuque and the Rev. Father Terpey of Clarion assisting with the rites.

Mrs. Dunn was born in Ireland in 1870 and was married to Matthew Dunn at Dubuque on Sept. 24, 1881. Mr. Dunn died 10 years ago. Mrs. Dunn is survived by two daughters, Helen of Clarion and Lillian of St. Louis, and three sons, Leo of Eagle Grove, Harry of Clarion and Will of Minneapolis. After the funeral services, a cortege drove to Anamosa where burial was made.
