Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Cox, 64, of Denver, Colo., were held Sunday afternoon at the Kastler Funeral home in charge of Rev. O. O. Brandt of the Thor Lutheran church. Music was also furnished by Rev. Brandt and casket bearers were Carl Johnson, Lars Johnson, Ephraim Halgrim, Alvin Halgrim, Hans Larson, and Lars Larson.

Mrs. Cox, a former Eagle Grove resident, died Nov. 1st in Denver where she had resided for the past 30 years. She is survived by two sisters, and one brother, Mrs. J. O. Prehm of Eagle Grove, Mrs. H. C. Olson of Bode, and John Kirk of San Diego, Calif. Her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M. Kirkeberg, and four brothers Knute, Andrew, Oliver, Ed and Carle Kirkeberg, preceded her in death. Out of town relatives and friends who attended the funeral were Mrs. H. C. Olson of Bode; Mr. and Mrs. E. A. Prehm of Jefferson, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Prehm, Miss Mary Helen Prehm, Mrs. E. O. Preston, of Des Moines; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Geis, Oak Park, Ill.; Mr. and Mrs. Erling Olson, Bode.
