Council Bluffs, Iowa --- Blaine Eugene Harden 64, formerly of Woodward and Eagle Grove, passed away Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs. Graveside Services will be at a later date this August at Evergreen Cemetery in Lohrville. Palmer & Swank Funeral Home, Rockwell City is serving the family.
