Patrick Wayne Hillman, 48, of West Des Moines, Iowa formerly of Fort Dodge, died Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at this home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Saturday November 30, 2013 at Corpus Christi Church in Fort Dodge with Rev. Dan Rupp officiating. Burial will be in the Corpus Christi Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM Friday at the Gunderson Funeral Chapel in Fort Dodge.

Pat is survived by his parents, Keith and Lucille Hillman; his daughter, Rachel; and his brothers, David and Ted Hillman

Patrick Wayne Hillman, the son of Keith and Lucille Hillman, was born November 22, 1965 in Fort Dodge, Iowa. He graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High in 1984 and in 1988 he graduated from Iowa State University in Computer Science. In 1988, Pat married Joanne Raemaker in Eagle Grove and they later divorced. Pat was living in West Des Moines and was currently working for Mail Service in Des Moines. Pat especially enjoyed his time with his daughter, Rachel and she was the highlight of his life. He attended all her softball games and sport activities. Pat spent many days duck hunting with his dad and brother and he liked playing slow pitch softball and golfing.
