April 10, 1832 --- November 26, 1905

Died. In Stevenson Sunday November 26th of phthisis tuberculosis, Nancy Udell, aged 73 years and 8 months. Deceased was born in West Canada [Ontario] and was married there in 1852 to Geo. Udell and came to Stevenson in 1903. She was the mother of eight children, five of whom, together with a sorrowing husband, survive her. The last sad rites were held at the residence, Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Laughridge preached the sermon, after which the deceased was interred in the Odd Fellows cemetery. Mrs. Udell had been a great sufferer for more than a year before she died, but was fully resigned and willing to go.
