July 1855 -- August 12, 1900

Again the angel of death has been in our midst and took from the home of Toris Mikkelson his beloved wife, on Sunday August 12, 1900. Her death was caused by dropsy and after an illness of about one and one-half years, she was taken by the Heavenly Father to a better place in the other world. The deceased leaves a husband and several children to mourn the loss of a good wife and kind mother. The funeral took place on Monday, August 13,1900, and the remains were laid at rest in Norway-Lake cemetery, accompanied by a large number of friends and relatives. The sympathy of the community are with the bereaved in their loss of a loved one.
