RITES HELD FOR MRS. ANNA L. LARSEN, 95

Services for Mrs. Anna Laura Larsen, 95, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Presbyterian Church in Goldfield with burial in Glenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Larsen died Thursday at the home of her daughters, Mrs. Rose Riggs, and Mrs. Marie Gangstad, at Renwick. Surviving are six sons, Howard, Vincent, IA; Clarence, Dows; Carl of Oregon; John, Cantril; Roy, Boone; George, Goldfield; four daughters, including Mrs. Riggs and Mrs. Gangstad and Mrs. Irene Peer, all of Renwick; Mrs. Nellie Brown, Eagle Grove; 21 grandchildren, 39 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two children; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Mrs. Larsen was born in Denmark and came to Iowa at a young age. She married John Larsen and the couple farmed near Goldfield, moving into town at retirement.
