FUNERAL SERVICES AT RENWICK FOR CHRIS RASMUSSEN; PIONEER

Funeral services were held Wednesday at Renwick for Chris Rasmussen, 77 year-old pioneer of that community. Mr. Rasmussen died Monday at noon, following an attack of pneumonia. He had been in ill health the past winter, but became critically ill with bronchial pneumonia last week. Mr. Rasmussen was a pioneer settler of this community, settling on a farm about two miles south of Renwick. He retired in 1912 and made his home there ever since. He is survived by his wife, and three children, Lewis of California, who has been seriously ill, Fred Rasmussen, local mail carrier, and one daughter, Mrs. Henry Bram of Renwick.
