George E. Dunfee, 61, of 3015 Falls avenue, died at 12:10 p.m. Monday at Scholtz Memorial hospital following a heart attack. He was born July 19, 1889, in Lawrence county, Ohio, the son of George and Permilia Harmon Dunfee. He came to Corwith, Ia., when he was 14. On May 10, 1914, he was married to Eva Farrell. The couple moved to Waterloo in 1947. His parents, two sisters, and two brothers preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, three sons, Eldred, 1140 Virginia street; Willard and Donald, at home; two daughters, Mrs. Maxine Tegland, Britt; Mrs. Glenice Olson, Corwith; three sisters, Mrs. Laura Bunting, Clear Lake; Mrs. John Earls, Hutchins; Mrs. Sarah Wilson, Alhambra, Cal.; and two brothers, Clarence, Rocky Ford, Colo, and Shannon, Lyle, Minn. The body will be taken from O'Keefe & Towne funeral home Thursday for funeral services and burial in Corwith.
