17 April 1883 --- 6 February 1972

Hermine (Minnie) Voss was born Hermine Janssen on April 17, 1883 at Sibley, ILL. There she grew to womanhood and married William Voss, They lived in ILL a number of years, then moved to Woolstock, Iowa. In 1916, they come to Pipestone Co. where they farmed until moving to Missouri in 1927. A year later William passed away and Minnie came back to Pipestone. In 1937 she went to CA and for the past twelve years has lived with her daughters in Nevada IA. and Mission, TX. She passed away at a hospital in Mission, TX on Sunday February 6, 1972 at the age of 88 Years. Services were held at Lindquist's Pipestone Chapel an Thursday, Feb. 10 1972 at 1:00 PM with Rev. H. B. Hanks, Officiating Casket bearers were: Ted Paulsen, George Watts, Alfred Paulsen, Louie Aarn, Ray Johansen and Ray Klinsing. She was laid to rest in the Old Woodlawn Cemetery, Pipestone MN.
